We've had a pair of Pacific-Slope Flycatchers nesting high on an eave in our RV garage for over a month now, and hear their calling every day (identifiable by Seeeet calls). I finally climbed a ladder two days ago and looked into the nest, thinking the young might be gone by now, and was greeted by three very tiny, new babies with their mouths open toward me. After checking BNA online, it seems likely this is the second brood they've raised here this year. I haven't seen more than one adult bird at a time, and it's far easier to hear them than see them.
