Hi Tweeters:

A rather lackluster backyard migration was highlighted by a calling
YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT that I heard from about 5:25-5:35 this morning in
Battle Ground, Clark County. It appeared to work its way south to north
along the overgrown edge of the clearing behind the back deck. It then
kacked a few times from the bushes next to the deck but remained hidden.
This was a first for the yard, first for the county and first for the state
for me! Total migrants included:

YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT: 1
Yellow Warbler: 4
Wilson's Warbler: 3
Warbling Vireo: 1
Swainson's Thrush: 4
Lazuli Bunting: 1 (beautiful male)
