There is a road that parallels the north side of the Everett Sewage Ponds; I forget its name, but as you are headed towards Langus Riverfront Park, take a left and go over I-5. You'll see the marsh ponds on your right.

They've never held water this late in the season; there were many ducks, including 2 male Redheads and 2 females + 1 male Wilson's Phalarope. Also present were 26 BW Teal, an Eastern Kingbird, and a female YH Blackbird.

Out on Port Gardner Bay, viewed from the Mission Beach area, at low tide there were 62 Bald Eagles standing around on the mudflats, 675 Western Grebes and ~40 WW Scoters in the open water, plus a Greater Yellowlegs on the beach.
