I just got back last night from an extended trip through Eastern Washington,
which included 3 days of the WOS Conference plus four days on my own. I
think the conference highlight emails covered most of the stuff I saw on the
3 conference days; here are highlights from the rest of my trip, by county:

Adams:
Turkey Vulture, Osprey, and Black Tern at Sprague Lake, 2008-06-11

Asotin:
LESSER GOLDFINCH at Asotin Slough HMU, 2008-06-10
American Avocet on Montgomery Ridge Rd., 2008-06-10
Hermit Thrush in the Blue Mtns. above Anatone, 2008-06-10

Benton:
Burrowing Owl, At a burrow off SR-240, 2008-06-05

Columbia:
Tree Swallow and Wood Duck, Wolf Fork Rd. (near Dayton), 2008-06-09
Gray Catbird, Lewis & Clark Trail SP, 2008-06-09

Garfield:
Tree Swallow on Mountain Rd. south of Pomeroy, 2008-06-09
Blue-winged Teal and BLACK-NECKED STILT, Rice Bar HMU, 2008-06-09
Chestnut-backed Chickadee in the Blues above Pomeroy, 2008-06-09
Barn Owl, SR-127 near Central Ferry, 2008-06-09

Whitman:
American White Pelican and Western Grebe, Rock Lake, 2008-06-11
Wilson's Warbler and Veery, Steptoe Butte, 2008-06-11

I believe the stilt is a new county bird for Garfield county.
