Finally a half way decent afternoon for birding. It was glorious at the Fill. It seems that the population of Lazuli Buntings has increased by one. I spotted 2 males just southwest of the weather station in a patch of blackberries. Thanks go to Connie, Robert, and three folks who were visiting from Portland who, on Sunday, steered me the various locations where these guys were lurking.
