As of 430 pm today the WESTERN KINGBIRD remains on Smith Island along the gravel road just north of the everett sewage ponds ( via the overpass over I-5 just before Langus Park turnoff). Still flycatching off the fencelines around the first and second seasonal ponds.
There were so many swallows ( barn, cliff, violet-green, and tree ) down low over the ponds and on the fences, it was difficult to see anything else ! Great spot for swallow lovers.
Many ducks still present, especially Blue-winged and Cinnimon Teal. A very birdy place.

At my house in nearby north Everett saw a pretty WARBLING VIREO - the latest I've seen here passing through.
