The Swainson?s thrushes have been here (Port Townsend area) for about a
week. This evening about an hour past sunset there were three singing back
and forth. Great sound...very evocative of the song of the Wood thrush we
looked forward to every spring in West Virginia. Like the Wood thrush,
they?re really hard to spot however.
