I am visiting from Colorado on the last weekend of June.
I'll be in Illahee on Kitsap. I'll have a few hours available to bird in the area.
I'd greatly appreciate local advice.
I found a birdnotes.com list for Kitsap, but I suspect that most of the species are migratory
and thus I won't have a good chance to see them in late June.
I see that Point No Point is a key spot, but I wonder if it will be much different than other spots at this time of the year?
Of particular interest to me are the following:

sapsucker, pileated woodpecker, murre, guillemot, murrelet, auklet,
surfbird, dunlin, turnstone, harlequin duck, long-tailed duck, fulmar,
brant, crossbill, red-throated loon

please send advice to my email
