Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report. This report
was made Thursday June 19. If you have anything to add call Harry Nehls at

On June 12 a LEAST FLYCATCHER was at Fields and a female BLACKBURNIAN
WARBLER was in the Pueblo Mountains south of Fields. A LEAST FLYCATCHER and
several NORTHERN WATERTHRUSHES were seen during the week along the Little
Deschutes River at Hwy 58. A possible ALDER FLYCATCHER was reported June 17
in the Lane County Cascades south of Cougar Reservoir. Up to three
GREAT-TAILED GRACKLES have been seen during the week at Fern Ridge
Reservoir. A WHITE-WINGED DOVE was in Vancouver June 13. On June 14 a male
BALTIMORE ORIOLE was along Dead Indian Road east of Ashland. A pair of
ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAKS were in Lincoln City June 11. Another pair were in
Brookings June 16.

HEERMANN?S GULLS are now arriving along the coast as the migration
continues.

On June 17 an ASH-THROATED FLYCATCHER was in Brookings. Fifty SOOTY
SHEARWATERS, two PINK-FOOTED SHEARWATERS, and a late RED-NECKED PHALAROPE
were at Cape Arago June 14. During the week 69 WHIMBRELS and four
SEMIPALMATED PLOVERS were at Yaquina Bay.

On June 13, 43 WESTERN-TYPE GREBES were on Vancouver Lake, at least three
were CLARK?S GREBES. Two FORSTER?S TERNS were seen June 16 at Ridgefield
NWR. That day a MOCKINGBIRD was in Scappoose Bottoms. On June 15 three
FORSTER?S TERNS and 26 BLUE-WINGED TEAL were at Fern Ridge Reservoir. An
ASH-THROATED FLYCATCHER was at Fall Creek Dam, southeast of Springfield June
17.
