Forgot to mention one thing that has'nt changed in 30 years: you can only get to Stehekin by boat (Lady of the Lake, leaves daily from Chelan), or by plane (post Ernie), or by foot over Cascade Pass or down Bridge Creek from the North Cacades Hwy. No can drive car. Which is one reason Stehekin is still Stehekin.
