I just sent in the year-to-date Kitsap list to the king compiler, Matt
Bartels. Kitsap County has recorded 142 species as of the last day of
February.

Some of the highlights previously reported on tweeters include;
ARCTIC LOON - Seen by Vic Nelson at Point no Point on Feb. 14
NORTHERN FULMAR - Also seen by Vic Nelson at the point on Feb 6
SHORT-TAILED SHEARWATER & RED PHALAROPE have been recorded off of B.I.

A code 5 bird that has not been previously reported is a Ross's Goose.
It continues at a farm south of Poulsbo.
