I found a tan and white cocker spaniel in the road near the south
trailhead of the Padilla Bay Dike Trail off Bayview Road in Skagit
County today. Poor guy almost got hit by cars about 3 times before I
stopped. He had no tags and while I was checking, he decided to jump
in my car. I drove around a bit and asked several people but nobody
claimed him. He was pretty scared but fell asleep readily. He is
warm and dry and fed tonight - tomorrow I will be taking him to NOAH.
