On March 11, I counted at least 160 Black Brant in Port Angeles (Clallam Co.) harbor along the outer Ediz Hook road in early afternoon. Nearly all were in the water feeding (on algae it appeared) along the inner shoreline; cloudy weather and poor lighting did not allow me to detect any legbands.
