Diane, Hi! Your mention of the raven prompts me to ask: has our raven
expanded northward? Betty and I , in the early "80's, thought we had to go south
to see them--in AZ, we looked for ravens in the desert and crows in the
mountains--it was a "culture shock" when we had crows mobbing Red-tailed Hawks
here! A few days ago, Betty saw some crows "mobbing" a raven . . . is it
getting lighter in the morning? Oh, Spring!! Cheers, Murray
