Hi Everyone,

I stopped by 400th and 244th in Enumclaw this morning around 8:30 to find the mockingbird. I doubt that I'll ever have an easier find than this one. I saw the holly tree ahead on the right, and as I was pulling off onto the shoulder, the subject mimid flew out of the holly tree across the road right in front of me, white wing patches flashing away. It landed in a deciduous tree just on the other side of the road. Opened the car door to get the camera, and heard the bird singing away. Walked across the road, shot four images and called it good. Pretty easy, compared to my normal targeted searches! The following link shows one of the (fair, not great) images of the bird http://www.tubbsphoto.com/-/tubbsphoto/detail.asp?photoID=5855666&cat=82092.
