This morning a flock of about 325 Snow Geese was flying in circles
over Juanita Bay before heading on to the north. Yesterday a flock of
12 Northern Pintail joined the scaup flock for awhile, along with a
female Red-breasted Merganser. Rufous Hummingbirds have been back for
over a week.
