Tweets - at 4:30 this afternoon, there were 2 SAY'S PHOEBE in the
East Meadow at Marymoor Park in Redmond.

This is "right on schedule". Here are the previous spring sightings at
Marymoor
(at least that I'm aware of):
13-Mar-04
21-Mar-99
23-Mar-06
23-Mar-01
24-Mar-07
24-Mar-06 2 birds
25-Mar-06 2 birds
25-Mar-06
27-Mar-07
28-Mar-07
01-Apr-05
02-Apr-05
07-Apr-04

So you can see that their occurrence is mostly concentrated in a narrow
window in late-March/early April, with a median date of Day 84 of the year.
Since this year is a leap year, Day 84 is TODAY.
