A friend and I hiked up to Umtanum Ridge (near Ellensburg) yesterday and
strolled along Umtanum Creek for a mile or 2. Some of what we saw:

Violet-green Swallows 8
Tree Swallows 2
Mountain Bluebirds 4
Prairie Falcon 2 (at a nest)
Gray Partridge 4
Say's Phoebe 1
Canyon Wren 1
Bald Eagle 1
Horned Lark 2
Jays, Magpies, Ravens, Juncos, Bushtits, etc.
