Tweets,
Even my wife was stunned ("What's THAT?!?") at the spectacular sight of a
male Audubon's Warbler in full breeding plumage on Tuesday. My
suet-and-seed-cake feeder has been visited regularly by a basic-plumaged
yellow-rump throughout the late winter, and very recently a second joined
him. But the spring garb of this third guy certainly bedazzled. I even heard
him sing once, through the window, as I sat at the table doing taxes. In 4
weeks my back yard will host 30-some such visitors at a time. It doesn't get
any better than that! Good birding!
