Hi,

Dennis Duffy and Ted Peterson found a Say's Phoebe above Edmonds Marsh this morning. It was on the seen from the new pathway that runs in front of the new condos overlooking the marsh. If you park by the fish hatchery and then walk (south) up the hill for about 25 yards the trail goes off to the right.

The bird was calling continually and was still present about 12 noon.
