Subject: [Tweeters] A quorum of eagles

A group of eagles is supposed to be called a congress or convocation
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_collective_nouns_for_birds), but today
it felt like a quorum of eagles. At about 9:20 am Thursday, I saw 8 Bald
Eagles over the south bluff of Discovery Park in the Magnolia neighborhood
of Seattle. They were flying closely with and sometimes at each other for
about 15 minutes. 90 min. later, as I finished my run, there will still 6
visible, scattered about the skies above the south bluff area.

I also noticed that the flock of Western Grebes off the north beach seems to
have doubled over the past week.
