Hi Tweets. As some of you know, I participate in raptor surveys on the
Washington coast with Dan Varland. This past Saturday, the 22nd, we had a
record number of Bald Eagles, with 11 adults and 10 immatures in a 12 mile
stretch of beach from the North Jetty in Ocean Shores to Conner Creek in
Copalis Beach, Grays Harbor County. Not surprisingly, no Peregrines were
spotted; too much competition.
