Are Eurasian Wigeon numbers in general up? I know of 3 that have wintered in Pierce County, from early January until at least mid-March: 1 at Titlow Park, 1 at the Chambers Creek estuary, and one at Pt. Defiance (although the latter appeared to have a little American Wigeon mixed in.)

At Pt. Defiance today, there were a pair of Harlequin Ducks by the boathouse, the first I have seen there, and my first Townsend's Warbler of the hear was in the picnic area above the boathouse.
