Be that as it may, I think the average person is not wondering where they'd see 70.3 Eurasian Wigeons on a Christmas count, but rather might be more curious about where the largest one day concentration of North American EUWI's has EVER been encountered.
Alright, granted, maybe I'm not the average person, but where has the largest single concentration of Eurasian Wigeons in North America ever been detected?
