Just in case that Tweeters doesn't get this: I confess that I don't really
know if that entity has been taking note of this problem with Spam or not.
Some of the problem, I guess, in our estimate of the situation, is that we
have at least two operating systems. So there are at least 2 (? ) ways to
solve this problem. Could this be true?

I can't use Outlook ( because AOU won't use it),--what ISP do you use?
Incidentally, can you believe what comes in from Spam??!! Even my children are
appalled!
