Hi Tweets,

Today I had a Ruff in partial breeding plummage at the very end of Channel Drive near La Conner. The bird was in a shallow slough just north of the gravel road. If you come up to see this bird please park so as not to block the road. There are some sensitive land owners in the area and I would like to keep them happy so they don't start hassling me about birding this spot. Thanks and good birding.
