All you Tweets who have been seeing a variety of warblers (other than Yellow-rumps), tanagers, grosbeaks, etc., would be doing me a great kindness by gently shooing them down here into our woods on the west side of Long Lake. We have been improving our property for years with bigger and better native plants of many kinds, as well as a nice waterfall and pond whose gentle sound attracts birds, but we still aren't getting the variety of birds that many of you have been reporting. So if you see something really neat, beautiful, and interesting, please give it a shove in our direction.
