I see you got a snapshot of it in flight. To me, the long wings in flight (among the branches) is a tip that the bird may be a Western Wood Pewee. That scene could just as easily been taken in the Connelly Creek Natural Area here in Bellingham. I mean I saw the same scene another year here.
