OBOL recently moved to a new server and is no longer running through
Oregon State University. In the transition, accounts were re-set
to the default regular mail, passwords into the user profiles were
lost and there was all manner of havoc.
You probably will be bounced on OBOL if you cross post to too many other
addresses in the same message now.
Many OBOL members used to being in digest mode panicked and started
marking all the extra mail as SPAM. AOL, Earthlink and ComCast all
blocked OBOL shutting out multiple users. I think that's all finally
been straightened out.
AOL has always had a hit and miss SPAM filtering system, in part,
because a good deal of it originates from AOL accounts.
Those TWEETERS having trouble with their OBOL accounts may try

Start by re-setting your password by telling the system you lost
your old password....
