Today my son was running on the rails-to-trail east of Sedro Woolley and believes he saw a lazuli bunting. The bird was flying through a wooded area about one mile east of Fruitdale Road. It was small, blue, and had darker wings with a white wing bar. He didn't get a good enough look to see the breast. If anyone is birding in that area and can confirm this it would be great.
