Sorry for missing the subject line, obviously a little too excited. Here
is the text from the previous post.

Randy Hill just called and he has located a Baikal Teal male on the
Columbia NWR. The bird is located in Marsh Unit 1 and is located on the
west impoundment south of the dike due west from the upper parking lot.
Access is probably easiest from the lower parking lot near the turnoff to
Goose Lakes, though the distance is further to walk. I am sure Randy will
post more details when he can access a computer.
