Hi Ho Tweeters

This morning I saw the Rough-legged Hawk, perched on an irrigation wheel in the field south of NE 124th St. in the Sammamish River Valley (a ways west of Woodinville-Redmond Rd - SR202).

A while later, Kraig Kemper and I saw the White-breasted Nuthatch in Snoqualmie. Just after 9 AM (we had been searching for about 45 minutes) it was on the trunk of a Sitka Spruce in the yard of 8428 Maple (the cul-de-sac) just SE of the intersection of Maple & Newton. It was blowing up a storm, and this was one of the relatively protected areas. Based on where it has been seen the last three days anyone searching will need to work the general neighborhood over.

Good Birding,
