11.11.08 - David Knibb, naturalist, environmental lawyer and author will present an overview of Grizzly Bear recovery with emphasis on the North Cascades area and explore their importance to the ecosystem we share. If you love exploring trails in the North Cascades this affordable and informative class may be of particular interest.

11.12.08 - Chris Anderson, WDFW Biologist with King CO., will discuss the ecology of common urban animals in the NW and management issues related to animals in human-dominated environments. If you have issues with backyard bears, nesting woodpeckers, aggressive raccoons, rodents or coyotes this is the class for you!
