According to WOSNews #1, November 1988, the Magnificent Frigatebird that
showed up first in Tacoma October 7 of that year was subsequently spotted in
Point Defiance Park (presumably headed north) October 8 by Jeff Zimmerman
and Marcye Miller. If you were around then you will recall that it was later
located by Vic Nelson at Point No Point where we all got to see it October
11-17. In any case,

I would like to contact either Jeff or Marcye to find out if they might have
seen it fly over to Vashon Island, which is in King County, and on the way
to Point No Point. If so, we could add it to the King County master list?



Any help anyone might be able to offer to clear this up would be much
appreciated.
