Subject: [Tweeters] Mountain Chickadee in Ballard

From: Penny Rose - Penny.Rose at Seattle.Gov

Wednesday morning I heard a Mountain Chickadee working the Blue Atlas Cedar and nearby White Pine in our yard. Unfortunately I was unable to get a visual. This afternoon Scott Hoskin was able to get really good looks at the MOCH. Looks like it may hang around for a little while. If you are interested in seeing this bird - although it is slightly irregular in its appearances it is most often seen (and heard) in the Blue Atlas Cedar in the front of the house. 1531 62nd Ave NW in the heart of Ballard.
