sorry of the late posting but on the fourth I went birding on my birthday
and was able to see a few good species including
Rough-legged Hawk
Harlan's Red-tailed Hawk
Common Snipe

I observed the Harlan's and rough-legged on the last bit of the driving loop
the rough-legged was hopping around on the ground foraging, I assume
and the Harlan's was circling over the mowed fields.
I was able to get some photos
