Hi Tweeters,

I did a loop around Boeing Ponds this morning and finally got to see the Great Egret. What a nice up close look at this bird! Also saw a Slate Colored Dark-eyed Junco, maybe this is the same one that was here last year. Not much in the waterfowl department. 3 American Pipits landed in the field across from Boeing Ponds.

It is good to read about the positive reports for the Red-shouldered Hawk not far from this location.

To get there, take Orillia Rd exit off I-5, go east, at the KOA stoplight go left, Boeing Ponds is at the corner ahead on the left.
