I've seen Caspian Terns on occasion on Ruston Way in the past, so don't know how common they are. The one I saw today was sitting on a log which was floating in the water about five yards off shore next to the law offices which are just west of the Lobster Shop. Saw it right about 1:00 pm. Was truly a beautiful day for that walk and seeing the Tern was a nice addition.
