I continue to be enamored with Anna's Hummingbirds. I haven't seen many. Today, one was perched on a tree between the WSDOT headquarters building and Office Building 2 which is a clever name that the state has bestowed upon a building, probably just so it could be given a Star Wars sounding acronym, OB2.
The hummer was engaged in some serious chatter, to itself I think. I listened to it and found it unlike anything I'd heard before. Wish I could describe it... or remember it, for that matter. Why do I remember visuals so well and audio so poorly?
