Subject: [Tweeters] Pine Siskins vs Sharpy

I spent the day steelhead fishing along the Klickitat River and found
several large flocks of Pine Siskins feeding on alder seeds. While watching
one of these flocks, a Sharp-shinned Hawk flew in and flushed the flock,
forcing it out of the low-hanging alders and across the river. The
accipiter persued the flock from above, forcing many of the siskins into the
water where where one was the plucked out and carried away.
