I birded the above counties from Sunday, 11/23 thru Thursday, 11/27. The weather was very good for the most part; a bit of snow only in the higher elevations. Below are a few highlights.
Douglas County 11/23
Merlin - male Taiga in Waterville
Snow Bunting - a few mixed with Horned Larks on the Waterville Plateau
Douglas County 11/24
Northern Shrike - 3
American Tree Sparrow - L and 13th
Eurasian Collared Dove - 10 and more at Mansfield
Gray-crowned Rosy-Finch - a flock at the north end of Moses Coulee
Prairie Falcon - 1 at Withrow
Snowy Owl - 100 yards south of Hwy 172, 2.4 miles west of Bridgeport Hill Rd
Harris's Sparrow - 1st year bird at NE corner of Bridgeport Bar (Grange & Moe Rds)
Okanogan Highlands11/25
Great Gray Owl - 1 seen at first light at Havillah Snow Park
Northern Pygmy-Owl - 1 seen near Molson
Pine Grosbeak - flock of 15 along Mary Ann Creek Rd
Common Redpoll - flock of about 50, Bolster Rd, north of Chesaw
Okanogan County Cameron Lake Road 11/26
White-headed Woodpecker - 1 male
Snow Bunting - 1 at Goose Lake
Clark's Nutcracker - 1
Prairie Falcon - 1 adult w/ a full crop; Timentwa Rd
Sandhill Crane - 3 at Duley Lake
Tundra Swan - 4 at Duley Lake
Snow Bunting - 1 along Greenaway Road
Lincoln County 11/27
Short-eared Owl - just west of Creston, in flight in early morning light
Gray-crowned Rosy-Finch - 1 on the road, McRae Rd
Lapland Longspur - 1 heard only, also on McRae Rd
Great Horned Owl - 2 in tree on Mann Road
Northern Shrike - 4
Merlin - 1 male Pacific in Davenport

Northern Shrike - 1 Lake Lenore
Dunlin - 23 at south beach Soap Lake
Least Sandpiper - 1 south beach Soap Lake
Pectoral Sandpiper - 1 south beach Soap Lake
