A lifer for me today! I got up to Harts Pass early afternoon and found the Northern Hawk Owl between 3 and 3:30 above the road about halfway to Meadows Campground. Relocated it maybe an hour later (no watch so am guessing at the time) with a couple from Wenatchee, closer to the road where it?s been seen before! Even got a couple of acceptable photos. The area was lovely with golden larches and red berry bushes and I was happy to be there.

Other birds seen included a Merlin and an Osprey.
