The Hart's Pass NORTHERN HAWK OWL was seen today in the previously reported place between Hart's Pass and the Meadows Camp Ground. Heavy fog and rain made finding the bird difficult. We first saw it fly across the road and disappear into the fog. Once the fog started to clear, Paul Bannick found it perched in a tree about 100ft from the road. We were able to get great views of this magnificent bird.
