Tweets,

Nancy and I celebrated getting our electricity back on (2 AM this morning)
by exploring the birding possibilities along the Green River and Interurban
Trails from Fort Dent park in Tukwila south to the Thomas Wetland in Auburn.
Total of 28 miles on the bikes. Ran into Carol Schulz at the CertainTeed
wetland.

At the Boeing Ponds: a Greater Yellowlegs, two minima Cackling Geese with
Canada's and a flock of 11 Greater White-fronted Geese. At 204th Street,
following up on Kathy Andrich's posting of yesterday, a single adult Snow
Goose with another 70 Greater White-fronts and a few more Cacklers. A couple
dozen American Pipits.

At the Toysmith mud puddle in Auburn, three Greater Yellowlegs, two Pectoral
Sandpipers, and 10 Wilson's Snipes and a Copper's Hawk and a Merlin. Vocal
Virginia Rails at CertainTeed.

A nice quiet day after yesterday's bluster.
