As I haven't followed this bird closely, I may be wrong here. However I believe this is the same Ross's goose that has been "attached" to this pond and the domestic ducks for about 10 years now. I saw the bird back in the late 90's/early 2000's (dont have records handy right now) and is commonly known among local KAS members. Unless this is not the same bird, this record seems to be almost domestic now with so many years at the same spot.
As far as a personal list goes, to each his own and its certainly a Ross's Goose, however its wildness may be in question by now...
