This morning when my husband and I went to check out the birds at the
pond next to Toysmiths, we noticed a lone Canadian goose way to the
back who seemed some what distressed because he was all alone and
seemed to try to rise and then sit right down. A little latter a black
Toyota truck with three young men and a dog in the back asked us if
we had seen a goose back there. When we told them we had, they told us
someone, not them had shot it. They said they wanted to send their dog
back to get it. We said that we did not think that was allowed, but
they hung around and we decided to leave.
