I made the 4? hour trip to Harts Pass yesterday and arrived at noon. The owl
had been seen by 3 people but had flown out of site. I took a chance and
drove to the Meadows Campground and there it was at the top of a snag
looking stately. I was able to get a few pictures although it was too far
away for my liking. I used my 600mm lens with a 1.4x extender. I put a
couple of them on my website if you want to check the owl section.
