Hi Tweets: Seen today, Oct 9, at 24th and D up in the trees this big whitish bird that appeared to be a washed out Red Tail but upon further observation it was a Goshawk. He had a yellow eye so according to Sibley he must have been a young un. Speckled back and streaked breast. Took many pictures as he just sat and looked at us. He got disgusted and flew in a Northerly direction. Will share pics with anyone who is interested.
