Subject: [Tweeters] Western Wood-Pewee at Juanita Bay Park

This evening at dusk I had a late Western Wood-Pewee at Juanita Bay
Park. It was actively calling and flycatching from a birch near the
west boardwalk. Visually the lower wing bar was quite a bit brighter
than the upper wing bar, a mark that supports Western.

This morning an American Kestrel flew through, just the fourth
sighting for the park. Yesterday the first Herring Gull of the fall
showed up. On Tuesday there was a White-throated Sparrow near the
west boardwalk.
