Please read below. We are hoping things go smoothly and as planned and Saturday we will be back open as usual.

The River 'S' Unit of the Refuge will be temporarily closed between Monday, October 27th
and Friday, October 31st. The emergency closure is required to make
safety improvements to the bridge over Lake River. While the bridge is
closed, additional pilings and supports will be installed to increase
the bridge's weight capacity and stability. During the repair, the
bridge will not be passable.
